In children, it is critical to respect the dosage determined based on body weight and not age, which is approximate and given for informational purposes only.
If the child's age does not correspond to the weight given in the table, always make sure to refer to body weight when choosing the dosage.

In children over 10 years of age, the weight-for-age ratio is no longer homogeneous due to puberty, which can have a different impact on the person's weight depending on their gender and individual characteristics, even if they are of the same age. Therefore, over 10 years of age, the syrup dosage is determined according to the weight and age ranges, as defined below.
Children weighing 33 to 40 kg (over 10 and under 12 years old): 20 ml of syrup at a time (corresponding to 480 mg), repeat if necessary after 6 hours, without exceeding 4 administrations per day.
Adolescents weighing more than 40 kg (age 12 years and older) and adults: 20 ml of syrup at a time (corresponding to 480 mg), repeat if necessary after 4 hours, without exceeding 6 administrations per day.
If your doctor has diagnosed you or your child with severe kidney failure, you should wait at least 8 hours between doses.
