By placing an order on our website, you accept the terms of use and policies of Farmaci Blloku.

Prices include VAT and are subject to change without notice. Payments are made by card or Cash on Delivery.

We prepare and ship orders within 24–48 hours. Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer.

Farmaci Blloku reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in special cases (e.g. lack of stock, incorrect data or payment disputes).

Return Policy

You can request a return or replacement within 14 days of receiving the product, if it has not been used and retains the original packaging.

Returns are only accepted for non-pharmaceutical and unopened products (for hygiene and safety reasons).

In case of an acceptable return, the refund will be made within 30 days.
