An adequate supply of nutrients is essential for health, performance and well-being. This also includes iodine, iron, folic acid and vitamin B12.
For women of reproductive age, pregnant and breastfeeding women, older people and people who only irregularly consume leafy vegetables rich in folic acid, foods containing iodine (e.g. fish) and animal foods rich in iron and B12 (e.g. meat) an adequate supply of these nutrients is particularly important.

-Iodine contributes to the normal production of thyroid hormones and normal thyroid function.
-Folic acid contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system and the normal formation of blood cells.
-Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and the normal functioning of the immune system.
-Vitamin B12 contributes to cell division and supports normal red blood cell formation.

Take one tablet a day, between meals, with a full glass of water.
