Before sun exposure, apply the product to the face and neck. Reapply frequently to maintain protection, especially after sweating, swimming or towel drying.
Reducing this amount significantly lowers the level of protection.

Don't stay in the sun for too long, even if you use sunscreen. Too much sun is dangerous.
Avoid sun exposure between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
Do not expose babies and young children to sunlight.
