Before sun exposure, apply generously to face and/or body (for example, 2 fingers on the arm). Reapply frequently to maintain protection, especially after sweating, swimming or towel drying.
Reducing this amount significantly reduces the level of protection.


Don't stay in the sun for too long, even if you use sunscreen.
Excessive sun exposure is a serious health threat.
Avoid the sun during the hottest hours, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Wear protective clothing (wide-brimmed hat, sunglasses, T-shirt, etc.).
